Terms of Service

1. Who we are & these terms

DittoPix (dittopix.ai) is operated by SVK Consultants Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 07950345) ("DittoPix", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legal agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using DittoPix, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

DittoPix is an adults-only service and processes biometric likeness data. You must be 18 years or older to create an account, and you confirm this at sign-up. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend it and delete any associated face data.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may close your account at any time in Settings; doing so deletes your avatar and creations as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

DittoPix creates likenesses of real people. To keep it safe, you agree not to:

• Upload or scan a face that is not your own, unless the person pictured has given you clear, informed permission.
• Create a likeness of any real, named person (public figure or private individual) without their consent, or use the service to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive.
• Generate sexual, nude, or intimate content of any real person; content sexualising minors; or content that is hateful, violent, or promotes illegal acts.
• Create content that is misleading in a harmful way (e.g. fake news, fabricated statements attributed to real people, election manipulation, or scams).
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, or break any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, resell or automate access without permission, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Your content & ownership

As between you and us, you own the creations you generate on DittoPix and the reference images you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process and display your content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to render your outputs and keep your likeness consistent. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain minimised records to evidence lawful processing (see the Privacy Policy).

You are responsible for your creations and for ensuring you have the rights to any face or material you provide. You confirm that content you generate does not breach section 4.

6. AI-generated content

All outputs are AI-generated and carry a visible or embedded "Made with AI" indication. AI can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or unrealistic results, and outputs are not a photograph of real events. When you post creations to third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), you are responsible for applying their AI-content labels where required.

7. Credits, payment & refunds

DittoPix runs on credits. Some credits are provided free; additional credits can be purchased in packs. Generations consume credits at the rates shown in-app before you confirm. Payments are handled by Stripe. Because generating a creation is a digital service performed and delivered immediately, credits that have been spent on a completed generation are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused purchased credits: you may request a refund in line with your statutory rights (UK/EU consumers) — contact support@dittopix.ai. Prices and credit rates may change prospectively.

8. Early access & availability

DittoPix is in early access. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are launching UK- and EU-first; face features are not offered in certain jurisdictions (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period or £100. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using DittoPix at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Reporting & takedown

If you believe content on DittoPix uses your likeness without consent or otherwise breaches these terms, report it at safety@dittopix.ai — no account needed. We review reports promptly and remove content that breaches our Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email and/or in-app. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence. Questions about these terms: legal@dittopix.ai.
